Saturday night saw this years Jersey Construction Awards take place at Hotel De France. The event was hosted by Karen Rankin and celebrity guest Phil Tufnell took part in a light hearted Q&A session. Also entertaining the crowd was the Jersey Boys who performed a medley of classic hits. To view photos from the evening click HERE. To find out who the winners were please read on.
The gala event ended another very successful Construction Week, which saw the Council offer training seminars to their members, an update to the industry on the Future Hospital, a large stand and attendance at the Skills Show and the completion of another worthwhile DIY SOS project under the banner of the Council’s charity, The Brick Foundation. This years’ community project benefited the Centre Point Trust where numerous local organisations involved in the Construction Industry offered their time and resources to complete four new kitchen installations at the Centre that will benefit local children for years to come.
