We think you will find the website pretty easy to use but if there is something you need explaining or then please do contact us.

Question: When will I receive my order?

Answer: We will receive your order and aim to dispatch your printed photograph and digital download orders on the same or next working day? Jersey orders should arrive the next working day after dispatch, UK and oother Channel Island orders may take a day or two longer.

Question: I haven't received my digital download, help!

Answer: This seems to happen occasionally with emailing orders due to the size limites of people's email accounts, we are introducing a system for downloading images purchased as downloads directly from the website. If you have having problems just contact us for assistance.

Question: What if I am unhappy with my ordered prints?

Answer: We offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please return it  saying why and whether you would like a replacement or refund. If you thin the picture needs to be slightly adjusted before reprinting, for example lightened or darkened then that may also be possible, please do ask.

Question: Do you charge VAT

Answer: No we do not charge VAT, it is not chargable in Jersey even if we post your order to the UK.

Question: I want to be a photographer, where do I start?

Answer: If you have your own professional equipment a personality and enthusiasm then please contact us for an interview.
